Doctor's degree program of Enterprise Management
1. Introduction
Ocean University of China was authorized to confer Master of Enterprise Management in 1993, and Master of Business Administration in 2003, at the same time Enterprise Management became the key provincial discipline and key provincial research base of philosophy and social sciences.
Ocean University of China was authorized to confer Doctor of Enterprise Management in 2010. The discipline has a strength teaching staff with reasonable structure and good experimental conditions. It has significant discipline advantages and characteristics, and has achieved a series of important academic output. The main research fields include growth theory of enterprise, enterprise strategic management, enterprise innovation management, Marine enterprises operation and management, educational economy and management, etc.
2. Training Objectives
The Doctor's degree program of Enterprise Management is dedicated to fostering senior specialized management personnel, who would systematically master extensive theories of business management and have strong ability of working on scientific projects independently, as well as ability of innovation and social practice. The graduates can be competent in teaching and researching in universities, scientific research institutions,and senior management in government and enterprises.
