Master's degree program of enterprise management

1. Introduction

Ocean University of China was authorized to confer Master of Enterprise Mangement in December 1993, enrolling postgraduate students since 1995. The main research fields include enterprise strategic management, corporate governance mechanisms, marketing management, human resource management,  enterprise operation management, enterprise financial management, etc.

The educations, researches and experiments of the Master's degree program rely on the Economic and  Management Experiment  Center of OUC, which provides students with excellent support of experimental teaching and scientific research. The Master's degree program is prestigious in the fields of enterprise strategic management, corporate governance, marketing management, enterprise financial management.Its academic and research level is advanced in China.

2.Training Objectives

The enterprise mangement Master's degree program is dedicated to fostering interdisciplinary talents, who would systematically  master  extensive theories and operation mode of enterprise management and have strong ability of working on  scientific projects independently. It is the bounden duty of the Master's degree program to foster senior management personnels for enterprise or non-profit organizaitions.
