Zhuquan Wang, Vice President of ManagementSchool, Dean of Accounting Department of OUC and Director of Working Capital ManagementResearch Center of China, was elected as the president of Education Branch ofAccounting Society of China unanimously during the recent General CouncilMeeting of Education Branch of Accounting Society of China(EBASC) in 2013.

Professor Wang was elected to NewCentury Excellent Talents in Ministry of Education of China in 2005,elected to the first National Leading Talents in Academic Accounting inMinistry of Finance of the PRC in 2006 and elected as consultation expertof Internal Control Standards Committee of the Ministry of Finance for twoconsecutive years respectively in 2006 and 2008, won special governmentallowance in 2008 and was endowed as Top-notch Talents of Qingdao fortwo consecutive years respectively in 2008 and 2012. In 2012, Zhuquan Wang wasawarded many honors,such as Distinguished Teacher in Higher Education ofQingdao, Outstanding Supervisor of Postgraduate of Qingdao, First Excellentteachers of Qingdao.

Professor Wang, under the help of fourNational Natural Science Funds, has extended two distinctive studying areas StakeholderAccounting and Working Capital Management Based on Channel Managementin the field of accounting study and initially constructed the theoreticalframework of the two distinctive studying areas catering to the needs of the developmentof Chinese market economy and enterprises with publishing 100 academic paperson influential journals such as Accounting Research, China Industrial Economicsetc and several scholarly monographs. His academic study has been endowed manyawards, such as First prize of University Scientific Research in ShandongProvince, First Prize of Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of Hubei Province,First Prize of Social Science Achievement of Qingdao, Second prize of Philosophyand Social Science Achievement of Shandong Province, Second Prize of OutstandingScientific Achievement of ASC, Academic Innovation Award of Financial Cost Branchof ASC etc. He presided over and completed several projects in successionsuch as the First Professional Regular Higher Education Brand of ShandongProvince, the First Adult Education Brand Construction of Shandong Province, NationalDistinctive Subject Construction etc, with two courses lectured by himbeing honored as brand courses in regular higher education.
