 In the January 6, 2014, an alumnus interview with Professor Xiao Hang was hold in the room 104, Food institute. Professor Xiao Hang came from University of Massachusetts. He is a famous professor who majors in the Food Science and got many awards in America. After graduating from the Ocean University of China in 1996, he studied abroad and got his PhD degree in the University of Wisconsin. As an excellent and outstanding scientist, he told the students his life story and his working experience at the beginning of the interview. What impressed students most was his enthusiasm about his life and his enterprise. He concentrated himself on scientific research and he never felt boring when he put himself into his work. What’s more, he answered a lot of questions from students. His words inspire all the students and the teacher in the room 104. At the end of the interview, he sent his best blessing to his Alma Mater—the Ocean University of China for its 90th Anniversary.
