Authorized by the Education Department and Foreign Affairs Office of Shandong province, the centre was established in 2020 with the aim of promoting the internationalization of education in Shandong. Based at OUC, the center brings together the strengths of OUC’s School of International Affairs and Public Administration and Law School. Its research fields and collaborative projects range across American education, legal system, political science, and culture. Its purpose is to facilitate the relationship between Shandong and the United States in education and economy.
