The International Master Program of Environmental and Natural Resources Law requires completion of at least 31 units, which must consist of:
Module I
16 units from completion of the following compulsory courses:

· Chinese Legal System (3 units)
· Jurisprudence (2 units)
· International Environmental Law (2 units)
· Marine Environmental Protection Law (2 units)
· Law on Pollution Prevention and Control (2 units)
· Natural Resources Protection Law (2 units)
Module II
A. Public Elective Course
2 units from completion of a public elective course. For the list of available public elective courses, please contact program coordinator.
B. Law Elective Courses
9 units from completion of the following law elective courses:
· Chinese Environmental Policy (2 units)
· Environmental Sociology (2 units)
· Foreign Environmental Law (2 units)
· Environmental Dispute Resolution (2 units)
· Legal Instruments for Environmental Pollution Control (2 units)
· Energy Law (2 units)

C. Seminar and Lectures
2 units from attendance to 6 seminars or lectures and delivery of an academic presentation
D. Dissertation Writing and Academic Norm
1 unit from completion of the compulsory course on dissertation writing and academic norm
E. Practical Training
1 unit from completion of the assignment of assisting the supervisor in collecting data and information, conducting social research, drafting reports, and so forth.
Module III
Passage of Graduate Qualification Examination and completion of a 20,000-word dissertation.
