Insurance Law Institute of Shandong Province
On January 19thof 2013, the Insurance Law Institute of Shandong Province was set up inQingdao. Mr. Yishun REN was elected to be the President of the institute andMr. Shouqin LI and Mr. Yimin GAO the Vice-Presidents. Ms. Yanqiu MA works as the Secretary General.
The Insurance LawInstitute of Shandong Province depends on the Ocean University of China whichprovides support in the aspects of talents resources, social services andscientific research. This institute has established a platform for those engaging in insurance affairs in the universities, the insurance companies andthe courts, on which they can discuss some legal problems in insurance practice,carry on the relevant research and gives some suggestions both to insurancelegislation and insurance practice.
