Sang Benqian, Professor of the Ocean University ofChina.

His main research field includes Jurisprudence, Law and Economics, Criminal lawsystem as well. In 2005 and 2008 he was granted special promotions as associateprofessor and professor. He used to work as a teacher in school of law inWeihai campus of Shandong university from the year 2002 to 2008, and inShandong university school of law located in Jinan from the year 2008 to2012.  In 2012 he was awarded honorabletitle of ' Top Ten Outstanding Jurists among Young and Middle-aged Elites ' inthe second session of Shandong province . In 2013, he was elected in New CenturyTalent Supporting Project by education ministry. He has authored two academicmonographs and published nearly 40 academic papers in the leading journals .Hehas implemented one national project , one project of provincial andministerial level , two sub-projects of National Significant Projects .He hasbeen awarded a third prize of excellent achievements by the Ministry ofEducation in the sixth scientific research of higher education institutes (onhumanities and social science ) ; one first prize and two second prizes ofexcellent research achievements of Shandong Social Science.
