LV Jianhua, female,born in1964, associate professor, Doctor of Judicial Science.  The current Departmentof Public Administration, head of the laboratory, in the administration of morethan 10 years of teaching and research. Currently she is member of Chinesehigher education institute of public relations association, member of Chineseadministration management association, member of Chinese law association, Shandonglaw association. Research direction: human resource development andmanagement,marine administration and administrative ethics. Undergraduate teachingcourses: Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Development and Management, AdministrationEthics, Public Relations, Communication, Marine Administration Management,etc.Postgraduate teaching courses: The Chief Ethics forum,Public Sector HumanResource Management,Special Topics in Organizational Behavior. Main researchresults:two expert works, converters, four works department. Have been publishedmore than 30 articles on the  Chinese Public Administration, NPC press copy Ecological and environmental protection, Environmental protection, ArealResearch and  Development, Journal ofOcean University of China(Social Science), in the Jianghan Forum,Dongyue Forum, Hubei Social Science, Administrationand Law, Ocean Development andManagement, Yunnan AdministrationCollege, Pacific University andother domestic Chinese core journals. Also has been leading researcher of morethan ten  projects group of the NationalSocial Science Found, the Provincial Social Science Fund, the State OceanicAdministration and other scientific research projects at municipal anduniversity’s level.
