Dr. Wu Bin, male,an associate professor and a supervisor of master of the school of the law andpolicy science of the Ocean University of China, was born in 1974. In 2007, MrWu obtained the doctor degree of management. In the recent years, his researchfields involved in  social security andfood policy. Since 2006, Mr Wu, for the chief investigator, has obtained 8research projects grants, including (1) “The historicalinvestigation for food security of Guanzhong area ”(project number:06H004Z). (2) “The study of food security ofGuanzhong area” (project number:2008KR65).(3) “The historical development of the management of the ocean localorganization” (project number:AOCQN200921).(4) “The effect and stratege of the polities of housing security of Qingdao(project number:H09ZD0). (5) “Theempirical study of the institution of housing security of China”(project number:201013073). (6) “Thestudy of preventive warning informatin of technical barriers of trade foragricultural exports”. (7) “The institution of food preservation and foodsecurity”. (8) “The construction of traditional culture in campus”. At the same time,Mr Wu has published 38research articles at some authoritative chinese journals. Depending on hisoutstanding research capability, Mr Wu was awarded 2 research prizes byShandong Province government and Qingdao Municipal government. In addition, MrWu taught the courses of the science and the arts of leader, a secretaricalcourse, social work abstract, the public policy and communication. Under hisharding work, Mr Wu’s teaching gained well evaluation and effect. During histeaching, Mr Wu took charge 4 teaching innovation projects, published 3 teaching innovationarticles and edited 2 textbooks.
