ZhouHong(female), born in 1966, associated professor. Graduated from Sichuan Foreign Languages Institute, majored in English Language and Literature. From 1988 to 1995, worked as full-time teacher of teaching Chinese as a second language in Sichuan Foreign Languages Institute. In 1996, transferred to Ocean University of China, working as a teacher of Sinology Department of College of Liberal of Arts and holding a post of Head of Sinology Department at present. With teaching experiences of various courses, such as Integrated course, Chinese listening and speaking, Chinese Vocabulary, Chinese Grammar, Chinese Culture.

In 2002, dispatched to Korea Kangnung University, in 2007, to Korea Dankook University, worked as Guest Professor.

The main research work, focused on Modern Chinese Language and Pedagogics of Teaching Chinese as a Second Language.

The publications include Practical Chinese (teaching material), The New simulated Test Questions on HSK, The Understanding and Practice on the Difficulty of Korean Students’ Speaking Chinese (paper), The Effective Strategies on the Reform of Newspaper Reading Course (paper), A Collection of English Stories(translation), The Researching and Practice on Situational Chinese Teaching System (research project),etc.
