Zhang Libo

Zhang Libo, male, is a teacher of School of Literature and Journalism in the Ocean University of China, and a part-time researcher of National Research Center for Cultural Industry in the Ocean University of China. He majors in business ethics and cultural industries, and teaches Introduction of Cultural Industries, Project Planning and Marketing for Cultural Industry, Corporate Culture and Managing Philosophy, etc. Recently he has published about 20 papers including On Zhong, An Ethical Analysis to Guo Xiang’s Freedom, Cultural Consciousness of Folk Music Heritage, Rights-based Commercial Bribery, Cultural Core of Chinese traditional folk festivals, On the Levels of Cultural Structure, On the Government's Managing Innovation for the Development of Cultural Industry, and so on. Meanwhile, He participated in dozens of researches including "Comparative Study of Contemporary Western Philosophy of Value" in the Ministry of Education, “A Study of the Role of Government in Promoting Cultural Industries " in the Ministry of Culture, “Studies of Developmental Measures of Regional Cultural industries” in Henan Province, etc.
