Professor Xiu Bin, male, born in 11, 1963. Got PH.D. in Japan. The director of Center for Japanese Studies，Ocean University of China；Director of OUC Education Center for literature,history,and philosophy；researcher of Institute of China Maritime Development. Studying fields: history of Sino-foreign relations, Communication history between China and Japan, Maritime history and culture of Eastern Asia. Teaching courses: Communication history of China and foreign countries, Maritime historical-geography and Sino-foreign relations, and topics on maritime issues of East Asia. Published 5 books and 0ver 40 articles. In charge of several national, provincial and municipal research projects. Having won national, provincial and municipal academic awards for many times.
