Li Jun

Li Jun, Female, Associate Professor, born in April, 1968. She majors in Chinese language and literature and got her master’s degree from Yanbian University. She acts as a director of Chinese Speech and Eloquence Association and director of Chinese Higher Education Public Relations Society. Prof Li also servives now as deputy Chairman and Secretary of Party Branch of Department of Chinese Literature and a superviser of master degree candidates.


Prof Li joined teaching faculty of Ocean University of China in 2000. Since then she has been teaching key major courses including modern Chinese, public relations linguistics, pragmatic rhetorics, Mandarin, and art of speech, apart from coaching foreign students for HSK. Prof Li has unique insights in her field of study in social liguistics and applied linguistics and has published 20 plus academic articles. She has also won several provincial research fundings. Prof Li is particularly talented for eloquence and art of speech coaching. Under her instructions and guidance, her students became first prize winners for National Speech Competitions. After Wang Meng, a nationwide famous contemporary Chinese Writer, became honorary dean of our college, Prof Li has planned and instructed sucessfully many large-scale literary masterpieces recitals and has shown unique expertise and made special contributions in fostering talents in moral, intelligence and aesthetics.
