Working Experience:
2006--present, Professor, College of Liberal Arts and Journalism, Ocean University of China. Mainly engaged both in studying ancient Chinese literature and in teaching courses named Classic Chinese Literature,Influence of Spring and Autumn and the warring States periods' thoughts on later ages in China,which were very popular with the students and the graduates.

2007—2008, Visiting scholar in Yale University. Took scientific cooperation with Prof. Kang-I Chang Sun on women research, and had given a series of lectures on the topics of Chinese traditional Bildungsroman and Children's Literature, which were highly honored by scholars and students of Yale.

2002—2005, Deputy Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Journalism. Successfully organized lectures by experts in other Univ. or institutions, academic theme Week activities, and won the prize for outstanding teaching organization achievement in Shandong Province in 2004.
