She has been focusing on: 1. reception of Lu Xun, and esthetic research on Lu Xun noumenon, in which she published monograph Reconstruction of Lu Xun Image since New Era (2008), academic paper Why Lu Xun Becomes the Center of Chinese Modern Literature; 2. Research on modern Chinese authors and their works from the perspective of esthetics modernity, in which she published academic papers include From Exile to extinction: Internal Criterion of Literary Criticism since New Era—Esthetic Perception, On Esthetic Perception of the Novels by Zhang Ailing in 1940s, Interpretive Misunderstanding of General Esthetics of Chinese Literature in 20 Century, and so on; 3. Criticism of Chinese modern children’s and adolescence literature, in which she published book including Collection of Lu Xun’s Criticism on Children’s Literature (editor, 2013), academic paper On Novels by Chao Wenxun, Young Age Writing’s Subversion of Traditional Image of Children’s Literature, and monograph A Study of Adolescent Writing (forthcoming)
