On April 15, Vice-Chancellor Noor Azuan Bin Abu Osman of Universiti Malaya led a delegation to OUC. President Zhang Junfeng met with the guests.

President Zhang Junfeng extended a warm welcome to Prof. Azuan and his delegation. He introduced OUC and its cooperation with Universiti Malaya and other Malaysian universities. He expressed the expectation to further broaden joint education, academic exchanges and cooperation in more areas to achieve substantive outcomes.

Prof. Azuan expressed his thanks for the warm reception and congratulated OUC on its centennial anniversary. He expected that the two universities could further strengthen ties and pursue win-win outcomes.
