On March 19, a delegation led by Prof. Antonius Raghubansie, Pro Vice-Chancellor of Keele University, visited Ocean University of China (OUC). Prof. Liu Yong, Vice President of OUC, met with the guests.

Vice President Liu extended a warm welcome to Prof. Raghubansie and his delegation. He introduced OUC and briefly reviewed the cooperation with universities in the UK. Prof. Liu expressed his expectation for a win-win partnership that would leverage the strengths of the two sides. He also put forward suggestions on cooperation in medicine, economy, management, and foreign languages and literature.

Prof. Raghubansie congratulated OUC on its centennial anniversary. He introduced Keele University，expressing that the two sides have many shared strengths and should work together more closely in academic exchanges and joint education.
