On June 7, Mr. Roger Shew, Director of International Recruitment and Business Development of Victoria University of Wellington (VUW), led a delegation to OUC. Vice President Liu Yong met with the delegation and the two sides had a discussion about further cooperation.

Prof. Liu Yong extended his warm welcome to the delegation and briefly introduced the achievements of OUC in recent years. He spoke highly of the joint achievements of the two universities in medicine, computer science and linguistics. He looked forward to further cooperation in talent cultivation, scientific research and academic exchanges, and to the building of a joint research center in the field of medicine.

Mr. Roger Shew reviewed the history of friendly exchanges between the two universities, and spoke highly of the fruitful outcomes. He hoped to deepen cooperation with OUC in various areas, especially joint education and scientific research.
