Scientificresearches in the college are carried out extensively in the fields of marinescience, chemistry and chemical engineering. After long-term accumulation andinnovation, the research work of the college has made gratifying achievements. Thecollege undertook the National Natural Science Foundations, the National 973Projects, the National 863 Projects, the Major International Cooperation Projectsand some other projects. Some research directions have been at theinternational forefront and reached the international advanced level.
