The 4th Australia - China Ocean Science & Technology Symposium was held at the Academic Exchange Center at Yushan Campus of Ocean University of China (OUC) from September 27 to 28.

A delegation of 10 led by Prof. Dong Shuanglin, vice president of Ocean University of China (OUC), visited the University of East Anglia (UEA) at its invitation to attend the OUC-UEA Symposium on Environmental and Marine Sciences from September 4th to 5th.

Prof. Yu Zhigang, President of Ocean University of China (OUC), met with Mr. Hwang Seung-hyun, Consul General of Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Qingdao at OUC on September 12, 2014 to discuss further areas of collaboration between Korea and the university.
