Established in 2018, the Ocean Food Science and Technology Innovation Association is dedicated to conducting scientific and technological innovation activities in ocean food and enhancing students' innovation and entrepreneurship skills by establishing an innovative entrepreneurial platform. Leveraging its professional advantages, the association has motivated students to explore the mysteries of food and participate in high-level competitions, winning over a hundred awards at or above the provincial level.

The POKE Center of Ocean University of China was founded in 2013. Relying on the POKE space and external corporate resources, it has guided students from various maiors to tackle real-world societal issues and conducted innovative practices through interdisciplinary teamwork, thus enhancing students'innovation awareness and practical abilities, while actively serving the goal of training high-quality innovative talent.

The College Students’Art Troupe of OUC, the largest art student organization at Ocean University of China, embraces the concept of building a team, constructing a stage, opening a window, and uniting a force since its establishment in 1986. It combines artistic creation with ideological guidance to play an essential role in cultural education.

Founded in 1932, the Seagull Drama Club is the oldest student organization in the university's history, staging numerous anti-Japanese patriotic dramas during China's revolutionary era. ln the new era, the drama club adheres to the core spirit of inheriting the revolutionary spirit and shaping the blue dreams and innovates the brand event “Flying Seagul!” Drama Week. It has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Student Organizations in China.

Since its establishment at Ocean University of China 35 vears ago, the Marne Science Association has actively practiced he principle of “promoting and protecting the ocean”. Based on OUC's marine characteristics, the association collaborates with local communities and science museums through activities such as collaborations among faculties, students, communities, and universities, as well as contests, and online education contests, to establish a comprehensive, professional, diversified, and universal ocean science popularization system, thus building a prominent brand and shaping maritime culture.

Established in 1989, the motto of the Association of Biotechnology is“starting with the original intention and doing external things”.

It now covers two main service areas. In terms of research, the focus is on campus bioresearch activities such as plant labeling, while in the field of popular science, the“Oingyulan” Popular Science Volunteer Service Team conducts marine knowledge popularization activities in over 30 primary and secondary schools across China.

The Association of Law was founded in December 2004 and is an academic and technological student organization. Focusing on  promoting legal culture on campus, the association has collaborated with over 10 entities to promote legal culture in local communities. It has delivered information sessions to interpret nearly 20 laws and regulations, established a constitutional publicity team, and hosted various legal cultural activities on campus.

The Association of Astronomy serves as a platform for OUC students to learn about astronomy and explore the vast universe.Founded and guided by the Xingyuan Academy,the association currently has 120 members and is equipped with telescopes, meteor monitoring equipment, and a remote observatory lab. lt has made notable achievements in science popularzation, celestial observation, and

volunteer services.

Founded in July 20, Dongxiangxing Association of Volunteers to the West of China, supported by the Youth League Committee of Ocean University of China, is a student organization with a focus on supporting education. It is led by the CPC Committee of the College of lnformation Science and Engineering and guided by the Youth League Committee ofthe University. The association adheres to

the concept of taking root in Qingdao and serving the western regions, and strives to build a bridge for communication and collaboration between the east and the west.

Established in June 2002.the Association of Environmental Protection upholds the concept of“interpreting the idea in our hearts through our actions". Its mission is to popularize environmental knowledge and promote environmental concepts. Through environmental entrepreneurship competitions, environmental enlightenment education,environmental-themed public speaking, and other activities, the association vigorously promotes environmental protection.
