On November 7, the 2024 OUC International Cultural Festival was held. Faculty and students from over 60 countries and regions gathered for a global feast of culture and cuisine. Vice President Liu Yong joined students to celebrate the festival.  

The festival featured the “Global Food Exhibition” and the “International Cultural Performance”. The exhibition displayed 30 special stalls, where students from around the world presented their national delicacies and traditional attire. Students from various countries delivered cultural performances, including traditional dances, folk songs, and music. The festival culminated with a lively fashion show. 

In recent years, upholding a student-centered approach, OUC has actively organized activities, with a focus on cultivating international talent. These efforts have encouraged international students to nurture a strong sense of belonging towards the university and commitment to telling China’s story well.
