Covadonga Betegon, vice president of University of Oviedo came to visit OUC (Ocean University of China) on February 2, 2016, after her first visit to the university on December 10, 2015, to promote partnership, student exchange and Spanish programs.

Both parties discussed details concerning the Center for Spanish Language and Culture here at OUC, which was scheduled to be launched in April, 2016. The center will not only provide Spanish programs at OUC, but also facilitate other academic activities at both institutions.
