The Qingdao Municipal Government has recently awarded 196 people the title of Top-notch Professionals in 2014, including three professors and one business CEO from Ocean University of China (OUC).

The four awardees from OUC are Prof. Kang Jiandong, Prof. Qujinliang and Prof. Chen Xue’en, as well as Mr. Shan Junwei, president of Qingdao Seawin Biotech Group Limited Company.
