The Center of Higher Education Research and Evaluation (CHERE) at the Ocean University of China (OUC) has recently been selected to receive the title of the Fourth National Excellent Institution of Higher Education Research.

This is the third time that the CHERE has won such an honor, following the 2008 and 2011 award.

The CHERE was honored with the title in recognition of their exceptional record of work in higher education research, faculty development, and marine education as well as in running a Master’s program in education economy and management and an academic journal in higher education.
