In view of the structural characteristics and biosynthetic pathways of marine active compounds, green, high-efficiency and chiral specific organic synthesis methods were developed to obtain marine natural products (alkaloids, steroids, terpenoids, macrolides) with important biological activities. Key technologies for total synthesis and semi-synthesis of lactams, peptides, etc, are also established. We will carry out efficient and practical synthetic route research on marine natural products with clear resource prospects and clear drug prospects, achieving large-scale preparation, and providing technical reserves for marine innovative drug research and advanced drug manufacturing. Targeting new chemotherapeutics and new targets, researching and developing structures using active marine small molecule probe technology and advanced drug design and optimization strategies for research areas such as drug-resistant tumors, drug-resistant bacteria, neurodegenerative diseases and special pains.
