Data Assimilation:
Combine observation data and numerical model as an organic whole to realize the

full use of observation data based on various data assimilation method, such as

optimal interpolation and Kalman Filter etc.
Sliding Mode Control:
Robust control method for time-delay systems based on
Lyapunov stability theory
