CHINA ENVIRONMENTLAW REVIEW

China Environment Law Review, first published in 2005, is an academic publication sponsored by ChinaLaw Society Association of Environment and Resources Law. In the past fiveyears, 7 annuals of the publication have been distributed at the conferences organizedby China Law Society Association of Environment and Resources Law. Their academicimpact has reached the law schools and relevant legislatures, the lawenforcements, the judiciaries.

The Law & Politics School of Ocean University of China undertakes theedition of the publication. ChinaEnvironment Law Review is intended to offer a platform for academicexchanges at home and abroad. Prof. Xu Xiang-min, the chief-editor, attacheshis reviewing remarks of each paper at the opening of each issue, which shapes thecharacteristics of the publication. There are several columns in each issue,such as Theory Front, The Legislation and Amendment of theEnvironment and Resources law, InternationalEnvironmental Law, Annual Report onthe Studying Progress of Environmental Law, Case Analysis, Book review,etc.

Through the years of unremitting innovation and promotion, China Environment Law Reviewhas attracted the attention of increasing scholars athome and abroad. Academic papers from contributors are faithfully respected andwelcomed.

CHINA ENVIRONMENT LAW REVIEW Calls for Papers

China Environment Law Reviewis an academic publication sponsoredby China Law Society Association of Environment and Resources Law, which was undertaken by Law & Politics School ofOcean University of China, withProfessor Xu Xiang-min being the chief editor. Papers from all academiccolleagues and practical professionals are faithfully respected and welcomed. Contributionsmay be of any style. The agreements for all contributors are as follows:

1. Papers written in English are preferred,although those rendered in Chinese are welcome. An abstract in English shouldbe attached to the papers contributed.  

2.Please enclose the original paper and literaryauthority license from the publisher if the contribution is a translation fromother professional. Note that translators are held responsible for anyliability related to the translation. The editorial office will not undertakeany legal consequence.

3. Contributors are expected to provide thepersonal information such as name, degree, occupation, and correspondence.

4. Authors are responsible for the text oftheir contribution, unless declared otherwise.The editorial office reserved the discretion toedit the textual detail.

5. China Environment Law Review follows the Two-way Anonymous Paper Reviewing System.

6. Papers previously published elsewhere willbe declined.

7. It is desirable that papers be sent with a softcopyattached (CD or email).
