RESEARCH

Research Interests:

My research focuses on fisheries economics and management. I have long been specialized in areas relating to the quota-based management, the so-called co-management, the human dimensions of ecosystem-based management, the fisheries governance both in the individual country and in the global levels, and the policy design and analysis for the Chinese marine fisheries. Most of my research efforts have been paid to the economics and management of molluscs industry in China since 2008.
